Recipe: Chili Relleno Con Cannabis 2018-01-27T04:19:31+00:00

Ingredients:

6 Fesh Anaheim chili peppers
3/4 Cup cannabis flour
2 Eggs
1 Cup of cannabis oil
1 (8 oz.) Packet asadero cheese

Steps:

1.  Roast the chilies until skin blisters.
2.  Rinse the chilies under cold water to peel the skins.
3.  Separate egg whites from egg yolk into bowl. Place yolk in separate bowl.
4.  Beat the egg whites in a bowl until stiff peaks form.
5.  After the egg whites have stiff peaks, add in egg yolks and mix for 1 – 2 minutes.
6.  Heat the cannabis oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
7.  Slice cheese into 1/4  inch strips.
8.  Cut a slit along the back of each chili just to slip into a peace cheese .
9.  Roll each chilies into cannabis flour.
10.  Put the chilies in the egg mixture to cover all sides.
11.  Gently place chilies in hot cannabis oil.
12.  Cook until lightly browned and the cheese has melted, about 2-4 minutes per side.
